We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not request access to the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) and our App does not engage in any cross-app or cross-site tracking.

The App uses device-local storage (AsyncStorage) to persist your preferences, cached profile data, and authentication tokens on your device. This data is stored locally only, is not transmitted to third parties, and is cleared when you uninstall the App or clear app data. The App does not use browser cookies.

When you use DinkedIn, other App users can see your display name, profile photo, bio, skill level and rank, match history and scores, and queue status. Your email address, phone number, and authentication credentials are never displayed to other users.

DinkedIn is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information within 48 hours.

You assume all risks associated with interacting with other users, participating in matches, and playing pickleball, including the risk of physical injury.
